AI connector overview

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-compatible assistant to Reachlee. Ask about your results across every account and let the assistant set up and manage automations for you.

The Reachlee AI connector lets an AI assistant work with your Reachlee account the way you would: it can read your analytics, automations, conversations and leads, and it can create or change automations and reply inside open conversations. It works across every account you can open in Reachlee, so it answers questions the dashboard cannot, like which account and which reels converted best this month.

It is built on MCP (Model Context Protocol), the open standard assistants use to connect to tools. That is why one connector works in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor and others, with the same sign-in flow everywhere.

How connecting works

You never create or paste an API key.

  1. Add the Reachlee server URL inside your assistant: https://www.reachlee.co/api/v1/mcp.
  2. The first time the assistant needs your data, it opens a Reachlee page in your browser.
  3. Sign in with the Google account you use for Reachlee and click Allow.
  4. The tab closes and the assistant continues. The connection stays until you disconnect it in Settings → AI apps.

The sign-in page shows which app is asking and exactly what it may do. Each connection is tied to you and to that one app; disconnecting it logs that app out instantly without affecting anything else.

What you can ask

  • "Which of my reels had the best click rate this month?"
  • "How did my accounts do this week compared with last?"
  • "Set up a comment-to-DM on my latest post for the keyword GUIDE with my link, with a public reply."
  • "Who asked about pricing in the last 24 hours?"
  • "Pause the GUIDE automation while I update the page."
  • "List the leads captured this week with their emails."

The full list of tools and their inputs is on the Tools page, with worked examples.

What it will never do

  • Message someone who has not written to your account first, or send broadcasts. Instagram does not allow it and no tool exists for it.
  • Reply without asking. Sends and retriggers return a preview first and only act after you confirm.
  • Reach a workspace you are not a member of, or bypass your plan's limits.

Details on permissions, tokens and data are on Permissions and security.
