Real prompts for the Reachlee AI connector, what the assistant does with them and what to expect back.
Prompts are written for Claude or ChatGPT. The assistant decides which tools to call; the notes say what happens behind the scenes.
Weekly report across all accounts
"Give me a report for the last 7 days across all my accounts: DMs, clicks, reply rate and follower change, and tell me which account did best."
The assistant calls get_overview for the week and summarises per account. Ask for 30d or mtd to change the window.
Best reels by click rate
"Which of my reels had the highest click rate this month? Show the top five with links."
rank_posts with metric: ctr, range: mtd, limit: 5. Each row includes the caption, the Instagram link, people reached, clicks and CTR. Follow up with "and which keyword did they comment?" and it reads the automation on each post.
Set up a comment-to-DM from chat
"On @reachleehq, set up a comment-to-DM on my latest post. Keyword GUIDE. Send https://reachlee.co/guide with the button label Open the guide, and reply publicly 'Sent you a DM!'"
create_automation with post: latest. The automation goes live immediately and the reply includes a link to open it in Reachlee. Add "save it as a draft" to review first.
Find out why an automation is quiet
"My LINK automation sent almost nothing yesterday. Why?"
rank_automations shows triggers, skipped count and the top skip reason, such as a closed messaging window or a follower-only media block. get_automation adds the 14-day insights.
Follow up with people who asked about pricing
"Who asked about pricing in the last 24 hours? Draft a reply for each and send after I approve."
list_conversations with since_hours: 24 and search: pricing, then get_conversation to read each thread. For each reply the assistant calls reply_to_conversation once for a preview and again with your confirmation. Threads whose 24-hour window has closed are reported, not messaged.
Pause during a launch, resume after
"Pause every live automation on @reachleehq." … "Resume them."
list_automations with status: live, then set_automation_status for each. The assistant asks before changing anything.
DM everyone who already commented
"People commented GUIDE on that reel for a week before I set this up. Can we send them the link?"
retrigger previews the eligible count first. After you agree, Reachlee sends gradually to stay within Instagram's limits, and progress shows on the automation card.
Pull this week's leads
"List the leads captured this week with email and phone, grouped by account."
list_leads with a search or account filter. For a spreadsheet, use Contacts → Export in Reachlee or the Google Sheets integration.
Agencies: one question, every client
If you manage several accounts in one workspace, every read tool spans them by default. "Rank all accounts by DMs sent this month" or "which client has unanswered DMs right now" each take one prompt.
