AI that answers your Page's Messenger
from what your business actually knows.
Questions about price, delivery, opening hours or a booking get an answer in Messenger within seconds, written from the knowledge you gave it. 'Hi' and a thumbs-up get nothing. When it can't answer, the chat is flagged for you instead of guessed at. Included in Growth at $14/mo.
What does an AI auto-reply on a Facebook Page do?
It answers incoming Messenger messages and comments with text written by a language model instead of a fixed template. Reachlee's version classifies each message first and replies only to questions, buying intent and support issues, using the knowledge you added for that Page. It never starts a conversation, replies only inside Messenger's 24-hour window, and never invents a price or a link.
Keyword replies, ice breakers and AI: who answers what
Most Pages already know their top five questions, and a keyword reply answers those exactly the way you wrote them. The trouble is everything else: 'can I pick up instead of delivery?', 'is the Sunday class beginner friendly?', 'do you do this in a larger size?'. Nobody writes a keyword for those, so they wait for a person. Reachlee AI covers that long tail on Growth, and it slots in behind what you already run rather than replacing it. Ice breakers still greet new chats, keyword automations still answer their keywords, and the AI only steps in when nothing else did. The order is strict, so one message never gets two answers.
- A keyword automation that matches the message always wins, and the AI leaves that message alone.
- With no match, the AI labels the message: greeting, friend chat, question, buying intent, support issue, spam or other. Only questions, buying intent and support issues get a reply.
- If you or a teammate reply in the conversation, the AI stays out of it for the next 48 hours.
Setting up Reachlee AI for a Facebook Page.
Select the Page and open Reachlee AI
Connect the Page under Settings → Connected accounts, select it at the top of the sidebar and open the Reachlee AI section. Its tabs are Overview, Knowledge, Behavior, Skills & Goals, Playground and Activity.
Give the Page its own knowledge
Under Knowledge, add a link to your website or menu, paste text such as your FAQ and policies, or answer the interview questions. Knowledge belongs to each connected account, so your Page and your Instagram can hold different prices, hours or branches.
Set the voice and try it
Behavior holds a one-line role and a brand-voice paragraph you can generate and edit. Then open Playground, type as a customer would, and see the reply in a Messenger preview, with the reasons behind it, before any customer sees one.
Turn on AI Replies and, if you like, AI Comments
Both switches live under Skills & Goals, next to goals such as Share a link and Capture leads. From that moment the Activity tab lists every reply, every skip and why, with a link to the conversation.
Built to answer well, and to stay quiet when it should.
An intent check before every reply
Each message is classified before a word is written. Greetings, emoji, casual chat between friends and spam are dropped at that step, logged in Activity and never billed. That is why the AI doesn't fire a sales pitch at someone who only said hello.
Answers from this Page's knowledge
Replies come from the knowledge and voice you set for the Page, in the sender's language, under 500 characters. Prices come from your knowledge or not at all, and the only links it can send are links in your knowledge or in a live Share a link goal.
Comments answered in public, links in private
With AI Comments on, substantive comments on posts from the last 7 days (or posts you pick) get a short public reply under 150 characters, 2 to 20 minutes later, at most once per commenter per post. When a comment asks to buy or for a link, the public reply stays short and the link goes to their Messenger. The pair costs one credit.
One answer per burst
People often send three messages in a row: 'hi', 'quick question', 'do you deliver on Sundays?'. The AI waits a moment for the burst to finish and answers once, instead of replying to each fragment as it arrives.
Steps aside when you step in
Reply yourself and the AI goes quiet in that conversation for 48 hours. Mute it on a single conversation from the Inbox, or pause the AI for the whole Page with one switch on the Overview tab. Both take effect from the next incoming message.
Flags what it can't handle
When the answer isn't in your knowledge, the message is a complaint, the person wants a human, or credits run out, the conversation is marked 'Needs you' in the Inbox and you're alerted by email or Telegram. 'Teach the AI' turns your answer into knowledge for next time.
What a Friday evening looks like with and without it.
A restaurant Page during service
Messages about vegan options, a table for six and parking pile up while every person on staff is on the floor. By the time someone checks Messenger, half of those people booked elsewhere.
The AI answers the menu and parking questions from the knowledge in seconds. The table-for-six request has no answer in knowledge, so it is flagged under Needs you and the manager gets an alert to reply.
An online store Page after an ad goes out
Delivery times, return policy and 'is the medium back in stock?' arrive all evening. The owner answers the same three questions forty times and misses the one message from an unhappy customer.
Delivery and returns are answered from the policy page in the knowledge. The complaint is flagged under Needs you even though the AI replied politely, so a person still follows up.
A salon Page with two branches
The Instagram account and the Facebook Page share one inbox habit but quote different prices, because the Page serves the second branch across town.
Each account has its own knowledge, so Messenger answers with the second branch's prices and booking link while Instagram keeps the first branch's. Credits come from one shared allowance.
Keyword replies or Reachlee AI on your Page?
| Keyword replies (Pro) | Reachlee AI (Growth) | |
|---|---|---|
| What triggers it | Words you choose, or every message | Questions, buying intent and support issues |
| What it sends | Exactly the message you wrote | An answer written from your knowledge, under 500 characters |
| Questions you didn't plan for | Only if a keyword matches | Yes, when the answer is in your knowledge |
| When both could answer | Keyword reply goes out | Stays out of that message |
| Cost | Unlimited on Pro | One credit per reply sent; 1,000 a month on Growth |
Most Pages run both: ice breakers for new chats, keyword replies for the known questions, and the AI for the rest.
Reachlee AI for your Page: Growth, $14/mo.
Growth is $14/mo: everything in Pro plus Reachlee AI with 1,000 credits a month, shared across 3 connected accounts (Instagram accounts or Facebook Pages). Business is $29/mo with 2,500 credits, 10 accounts, 5 team seats and Google Sheets. One credit per reply sent, including replies you test in Playground; skipped messages cost nothing. When credits run out the AI pauses and tells you, with no overage charges. Free and Pro ($9/mo) don't include AI, and Facebook Pages start on Pro.

Is an AI auto-reply allowed on a Facebook Page?
Yes, when it runs on Meta's official Messenger Platform and follows its rules. Reachlee AI replies only to people who messaged or commented first, sends free-form messages only inside the 24-hour window that their message opens, and never starts a conversation. The connection uses the Page permissions you approve when you connect, and Reachlee is a Meta-verified Tech Provider. The AI changes who writes the text, not what the Page is allowed to send.
Will it make up prices, promises or links?
It is built not to. The default guardrails forbid inventing prices or links, making promises, and giving medical, legal or financial advice. A price it can't find in your knowledge isn't quoted, and links are limited to the ones in your knowledge or a live Share a link goal. When the knowledge has nothing to offer, the honest outcomes are silence or a Needs you flag for a person, not a guess.
What happens when someone asks for a real person?
If they ask for a human, a phone number or a link that your knowledge doesn't contain, the conversation is flagged under Needs you in the Inbox. You get an alert by email, as an instant message or in a digest depending on your settings, and on Telegram if you connected it. Complaints are flagged even when the AI has already replied politely, so someone always follows up. Replying yourself also pauses the AI in that chat for 48 hours.
Can my Instagram account and my Page give different answers?
Yes. Knowledge, voice and goals are set per connected account, so a Page for one branch and an Instagram account for another can each answer with their own prices, hours and links. AI credits are pooled across the workspace, so you don't have to split an allowance between them.
Does it reply to comments on my Page posts?
If you switch on AI Comments. It covers posts from the last 7 days by default, or only the posts you pick. It replies publicly to substantive comments in your voice, under 150 characters and with a 2 to 20 minute delay, once per commenter per post. Emoji, tag-a-friend, spam and negative comments get no reply, and links always travel privately in Messenger.
How are credits counted?
One credit for each reply the AI actually sends. A public comment reply plus the private Messenger message that carries the link counts as one. Messages the AI skips cost nothing. Replies you generate in Playground cost a credit each too, because they run the real pipeline. Growth includes 1,000 credits a month and Business 2,500.
Can I check its answers before it goes live?
Yes. Playground lets you type as a customer and see what the AI would reply on this Page, in a Messenger preview, along with which knowledge it used and what the guardrails did. Nothing is sent to anyone. If an answer is off, 'Teach it' saves the right answer as knowledge and asks the question again.
