Is AI replying to my Instagram DMs allowed?
Yes, done this way. Reachlee AI uses the official Instagram API, replies only to people who messaged you first, and stays inside Meta's 24-hour messaging window. It never logs into your account with a password and never sends a first message, which is what gets accounts restricted.
Will it quote a wrong price or invent an amenity?
No. It can only state what your listing pages and pasted inventory say, and can only send links from your allowed list. If a buyer asks about a project or detail you have not added, it says the agent will confirm. Keep the inventory text current and the replies stay current.
How does phone capture work, exactly?
With a Capture-lead goal live, the AI asks interested buyers for a callback number as part of a natural reply. When a valid number is sent, it is saved to the contact and the goal records a success. On Business, the lead can be piped to a Google Sheet your CRM reads.
Can I stop it on a thread once I am talking to the buyer?
Reply once and it backs off for 48 hours automatically. For a live negotiation, mute the thread from the Inbox header and the AI never returns to it. Every AI message is badged so you always know which lines were yours.
Does it comply with RERA or MLS advertising rules?
The AI only repeats the listing information you publish, so compliance rests on your listing text — the same as your captions. It does not add claims, projections or promises of its own, and declines legal and financial specifics it was not given.
What about my existing keyword automations for listings?
They take priority. If a DM matches a keyword automation — "BROCHURE" sending a PDF link, say — that automation fires and the AI stays silent on that message. One inbound message, one reply.
