What is Reachlee AI?
Reachlee AI is an Instagram AI auto reply built into Reachlee's DM automation. It reads each inbound DM or comment, decides whether it is a real question, buying intent, or a support issue, and answers from the knowledge you added: website pages, pasted text, or an interview. Greetings, emoji, spam, and friend chat are skipped. Every reply is logged in an Activity feed, and it costs $14/mo (₹799 in India) with 1,000 credits included.

Connect Instagram
Sign in with your Instagram Business or Creator account through Meta's official login. No passwords, no browser extensions. The same connection powers your comment-to-DM automations.
Add knowledge
Paste a link to your website, pricing page, or FAQ and Reachlee extracts the text. Add plain text for anything not online ("COD available in India, shipping 3–5 days"). Or answer five to eight questions and the AI compiles them into a source you can edit. Up to 10 sources, 40,000 characters.
Switch on AI Replies or AI Comments
Two toggles. AI Replies handles inbound DMs. AI Comments handles public comments on posts from the last 7 days, or only on posts you select. Set a one-line role ("Fitness coach"), generate a brand voice paragraph, edit the guardrails, and pick a language mode.

The Activity feed lists every reply: what triggered it, what the classifier decided, what was sent, and which goal was attached. Mute any thread from the row, pause everything with one switch, and see the AI badge on every AI-sent message in your Inbox.

AI Replies
Answers DMs like "price?", "do you ship to Pune?", "is the course live?" from your knowledge, in the sender's language. An intent gate skips greetings, emoji, and friend chat so a "hey" never gets a sales pitch. Replies stay under 500 characters and stay inside Meta's 24-hour window.
AI Comments
Replies publicly to substantive comments in your tone, under 150 characters, 2 to 20 minutes after the comment lands. Emoji-only, tag-a-friend, spam, and negative comments are skipped. When a comment asks for a link, the AI posts a "check your DMs" breadcrumb and sends the link privately.
AI Goals
Give the AI one job: share a link, capture an email or phone, or grow followers. It steers replies toward that goal only when the message makes it relevant, never on support issues. Success is measured by our own tracking: clicks on your short link, a captured contact, or a follow within 7 days.
Knowledge
Three sources: scanned website links, pasted text, and an opt-in interview. The AI answers only from what you added. It never reads your private conversations to build knowledge, and it can only send links that appear in your knowledge or a live Share-link goal.
Credits
Growth includes 1,000 AI credits a month, Business includes 2,500. One credit per AI reply actually sent, whether DM or comment. Classification that ends in a skip is free. Failed sends are free. At the cap the AI pauses and tells you; there is no overage billing.
Receipts
An Activity feed with every reply, the trigger message, the classifier label, and a jump-to-thread link. An AI badge and "AI replied" divider in the Inbox. A filter for AI-engaged conversations. Per-thread mute, a global pause switch, and a 48-hour hands-off window after any human reply.

Is an Instagram AI auto reply allowed under Meta's rules?
Yes, when it runs on the official Instagram API and respects Meta's messaging rules. Reachlee AI only replies to messages people send you first, only inside the 24-hour messaging window that opens when they message, and never cold-DMs anyone. It runs through the same permissions and pre-flight checks as every other Reachlee automation, so an AI reply is never sent when a normal DM could not be.
Will the AI make things up?
It is built not to. The generator answers only from your knowledge sources and your brand voice, with a guardrail that says: never invent prices or links, and when unsure, say the creator will get back to them. Links can only come from your knowledge or a live Share-link goal. If the model fails or returns nothing useful, the AI stays silent rather than sending a canned or guessed message.
Does it reply to every DM?
No. A classifier runs first and only real questions, buying intent, and support issues get a reply. Greetings, emoji, friend chat, spam, and abuse are skipped and never cost a credit. If a keyword automation already matched the message, the AI does not reply at all, so nobody gets two answers.
What happens when I reply to someone myself?
The AI steps out of that thread for 48 hours. You can also mute the AI on any thread from the Inbox header or the Activity feed, and a global pause switch stops all AI activity instantly. Every AI-sent message shows an AI badge so your team can tell who said what.
Does it learn from my private conversations?
No. Knowledge comes only from what you add: scanned links, pasted text, or the interview. Your DMs are not mined to build the knowledge base. The AI does read the recent turns of the specific thread it is replying in, so its answer fits the conversation.
What languages does it reply in?
By default it matches the sender: Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, Marathi, Spanish, Portuguese, and 20+ others. If you want every reply in one language, switch language mode to fixed.
