What is a Messenger keyword auto-reply?
It is a rule on your Facebook Page: when an incoming Messenger message contains a word you picked, a reply you wrote goes back instantly. Most Pages receive the same handful of questions every day — prices, opening hours, the booking link, shipping times — and a keyword reply answers each one in seconds, at any hour, with a button or a tracked link where it helps.
- Trigger: a message containing your keyword, such as PRICE, HOURS or BOOK — or any message at all.

A keyword only fires where it starts a word, so 'link' matches 'LINK!', '#link' and 'send link please' but never 'blinking' or 'unlink'. Short keywords like 'hi' stop firing inside 'this' and 'scholarship'.

On Messenger a Page can send free-form messages for 24 hours after the person last messaged it. A keyword reply always starts inside that window, because the person wrote first, so the whole exchange — the reply, a carousel, a lead question, one follow-up — is allowed. Outside the window only narrow, non-promotional message tags are allowed, and Reachlee won't send anything that falls outside those rules.

Yes. Switch the trigger to any message and every incoming Messenger message gets your reply — handy as a greeting with your most common options.
What happens if a message matches two automations?
Keep keywords distinct across automations, so each question maps to one answer. Putting synonyms on the same automation ('price', 'cost', 'how much') is the simplest way to avoid overlaps.
Can I reply in more than one language?
Yes. Add the keyword in each language to the same automation, or run one automation per language. Matching respects scripts such as Korean or Arabic, and case never matters.
Will people know it's automated?
Replies arrive in seconds, so many will guess, and that's fine: a fast, correct answer beats a slow personal one. You can still reply by hand in the same thread whenever you want.
