What Reachlee does

Comment to DM

When someone comments a keyword, or any word, on a post, Reel or Facebook Page post, Reachlee sends them a DM within seconds with your link, answer or offer, and can reply publicly to the comment too. It works on posts that are already live, on every future post, and on the comments a post collected before you set it up.

Story replies, keyword DMs and ice breakers

Replies to your stories get an automatic DM. Messages that contain a keyword get an automatic answer. New conversations open with up to four tappable questions that answer themselves. Together these cover the questions a busy inbox gets every day.

Lead capture and follow-ups

Ask for an email or phone number inside the DM, validate it, save it to Contacts and push it to Google Sheets. Send one automatic follow-up to people who went quiet, inside Meta's 24-hour window. Every link you send is tracked, so you see clicks per post and per person.

Reachlee AI

AI replies to DMs and comments using only your own knowledge, such as your website or text you paste, in your tone. It never invents prices or links, and it stops the moment you step into a conversation yourself.

Biopage

A link-in-bio page with tracked links, an email capture block and per-link analytics, on your own reachlee.co handle. Included on every plan.

Inbox, contacts and team

A shared inbox for Instagram and Facebook conversations with saved replies, labels and notes, a contacts list with follow status and captured details, and up to five team seats and ten connected accounts on Business.

What makes Reachlee different

Flat pricing with unlimited contacts

Pro is $9 a month, Growth $14, Business $29, each with unlimited contacts. ManyChat's Pro plan starts at $29 a month for 2,500 active contacts and charges $0.10 for every contact beyond that, under the pricing it introduced in March 2026. On Reachlee, a post that goes viral does not change your bill.

A free plan you can actually run a business on

The free plan includes 1,000 automated DMs a month and 10 captured leads, with no card. ManyChat's free plan was cut to 25 active contacts in March 2026. Most of the accounts on Reachlee today started on the free plan.

AI included from $14 a month

Reachlee AI is part of the Growth plan at $14 a month with 1,000 AI replies included, and 2,500 on Business. ManyChat includes its AI only from its Pro tier, from $29 a month. Cost per reply on our side is a fraction of a cent, so we price it flat rather than as an add-on.

Official Meta APIs only, verified

Reachlee is a Meta-verified Tech Provider and uses only the official Instagram and Messenger APIs. Tools such as Inflact automate through a browser session with your password, which is what gets accounts restricted. Reachlee never has your password and respects every Meta rate limit and messaging window.

The team behind Reachlee

Reachlee was founded in 2026 by Tushar Kapil, who runs product, engineering and growth. It is an independent, bootstrapped company, not part of a larger group.

The idea came from watching a single viral Reel produce hundreds of "send me the link" comments overnight, and finding that the tools built to handle it were designed for marketing teams running six channels, with per-contact billing that punishes a creator for growing. Reachlee does one thing deeply, on flat pricing.

How working with Reachlee works

You sign up with Google, connect an Instagram Business or Creator account or a Facebook Page through Meta's official login, and publish your first automation from a three-step builder. The free plan needs no card. Upgrading, changing plan and cancelling are self-serve from Settings, and billing is month to month.

Support is by email at tusharkapil@reachlee.co and from the Support button inside the app, and it is answered by the founder. There is no onboarding call and none is needed; most customers have their first DM going out within minutes of connecting.
