Settings → Connected accounts → Connect account → Facebook. Log in, allow the Pages Reachlee may manage, and pick them from the list. Pages owned by a Business portfolio appear as long as your Facebook account has access to them.

What Reachlee needs from your Facebook setup.
A Facebook Page — the public presence of your business — and admin access to it. Personal profiles and Groups can't be automated by any tool, because Meta's Messenger Platform only works for Pages. You don't need Meta Business Suite open, a developer account or any code: you log in with Facebook and choose the Pages.

Every tool on the Messenger Platform works inside the same rules, and Reachlee enforces them before each send. A Page can send one private reply per comment, within 7 days of the comment. Free-form messages are allowed for 24 hours after the person last messaged the Page; outside that window only narrow, non-promotional message tags are allowed. Meta also caps each Page at 750 private replies an hour, and Reachlee paces itself under that limit and backs off when Meta signals you're close. Is Reachlee a Facebook Messenger bot?
It automates your Page's Messenger the way a bot would — instant replies to comments and messages, lead capture, follow-ups — without a flow builder to maintain. Each automation is one trigger (a comment, a keyword, an ice breaker tap) and one response you write, which covers what most Pages actually need.
Do I need a separate plan for Facebook?
No. Facebook Pages are included on Pro, Growth and Business and count toward the same account limit as Instagram: 3 connected accounts on Pro and Growth, 10 on Business, in any mix.
Can I automate my personal Facebook profile or a Group?
No. Meta's Messenger Platform only lets businesses automate Pages, so no tool — Meta Business Suite included — can automate a personal profile or a Group.
Will automation get my Page restricted?
Not when it runs on the official platform within Meta's rules. Reachlee never messages anyone first, respects the 24-hour window, sends one private reply per comment and paces itself under the Page's rate limits.
Does it work with Pages owned by a Business portfolio?
Yes. If your Facebook account has access to a Page through a Business portfolio, the Page appears in Reachlee's Page picker after you log in, even in cases where Facebook's own Page list leaves it out.

Can I move my ManyChat Messenger setup to Reachlee?
There is no importer, but most Page setups are three or four automations: a comment keyword that sends a message, a few keyword replies, ice breakers and an email capture. Rebuilding them from Reachlee's templates takes minutes, and pricing stays flat instead of growing with your contact list.
