Reachlee is a
Meta-verified Tech Provider
Business-verified by Meta, verified as a Tech Provider, and built exclusively on the official Instagram API. Here's exactly what that means — and how to check it yourself.
The short version
Reachlee automates Instagram DMs through Meta's official Instagram API — the same infrastructure Meta builds for professional messaging tools. Our business has completed Meta's Business Verification, passed the additional Tech Provider access verification, and our API permissions were individually approved through Meta's App Review. Reachlee never asks for your Instagram password: you connect through Instagram's own login page, and you can revoke access from your Instagram settings at any time.
Our verifications, on record
✓ Business Verification — completed
Meta verified Reachlee's legal business identity — registration documents, ownership, and contact details — through its Business Manager verification process. This is Meta's baseline trust check for companies building on its platform.
✓ Tech Provider verification — completed
The additional review Meta requires from companies that access other businesses' Meta assets on their behalf — exactly what a DM automation tool does. Meta reviewed how Reachlee handles your account access and approved it.
✓ App Review — every permission individually approved
Each Instagram capability Reachlee uses (reading comments, sending DM replies, managing messages) is a scoped permission that Meta's review team approved after seeing exactly how we use it — including screen recordings of the product.
✓ Official API only — nothing else, ever
Every action Reachlee performs goes through graph.instagram.com, Meta's official endpoint, inside Meta's published rate limits and messaging policies. There is no browser automation, no session hijacking, and no unofficial 'private API' anywhere in our stack.
How connecting your Instagram actually works
You log in on Instagram, not on Reachlee
Clicking 'Connect Instagram' sends you to Instagram's own login page. Your password is typed there — Meta's servers — and Reachlee never sees, stores, or transmits it.
Instagram hands us a scoped access token
After you approve the listed permissions, Instagram issues Reachlee a token limited to exactly those capabilities. It can send DM replies on your behalf; it cannot change your password, post content, or touch anything you didn't approve.
You stay in control, permanently
Revoke Reachlee's access anytime from Instagram's settings (Apps and Websites) or by disconnecting inside Reachlee — either kills the token instantly. Deleting your Reachlee account erases your data per our privacy policy.
Instagram bans accounts for using tools that fake human behavior — password-login bots that like, follow, and DM through a hidden browser. Official-API tools are the opposite category: Meta knows exactly who we are (verified twice over), reviewed what we do, and meters every call we make. Using Reachlee is using Instagram's own professional messaging infrastructure — that's the entire reason we built on it.
The questions people actually ask
Is Reachlee approved by Meta?
Yes — in the three ways that exist for a messaging tool: Meta Business Verification, Tech Provider access verification, and App Review approval of every Instagram permission we use. 'Meta-approved' claims without these are just marketing; ours are checkable.
Can using Reachlee get my Instagram account banned?
Automation through the official API, within Meta's rate limits and policies, is explicitly supported by Instagram for professional accounts — it's what the API exists for. Reachlee additionally enforces its own safety margins below Meta's published limits. What gets accounts banned is password-login bots simulating humans — a different category of tool entirely.
Does Reachlee see my Instagram password?
Never. Login happens on Instagram's own page (OAuth). If any automation tool asks you to type your Instagram password into THEIR app, close the tab — that's the unsafe kind.
What permissions does Reachlee get?
Only messaging-related scopes: reading comments and messages on your professional account and replying to them. Each was individually approved by Meta's App Review. Reachlee cannot post to your feed, follow/unfollow anyone, or modify your profile.
How do I verify any of this myself?
Connect an account and check Instagram's Settings → Apps and Websites — you'll see Reachlee listed with its exact scopes, via Instagram's official app system. Password-bots can't appear there, because they never went through Meta at all.
