Turn Instagram interest
into trial visits.
The membership question arrives in your DMs at 10pm. Your front desk answers at 9am. Reachlee answers in seconds — trial link, class schedule, phone capture — so the lead books with you, not the gym that replied first. $9/month flat, free to start.
Why local fitness businesses choose Reachlee.
A gym's Instagram problem is different from an influencer's. Your leads are local, your product is a visit, and your conversion window is measured in minutes: someone asks "how much per month?" or "do you do day passes?" at 10pm, and by the time a human replies the next morning, they've joined the gym that answered at 10:01. Reachlee closes that gap. Every comment and DM about trials, pricing, or classes gets an instant reply with your trial link — and every interested person is captured as a contact your front desk can actually follow up with.
- Instant replies to the questions every gym gets: pricing, day passes, first-class-free, schedule.
- Comment "TRIAL" on any post → automatic DM with your free-trial signup link.
- Phone capture (Pro): grab their number in the DM so the front desk can call.
- Google Sheets piping (Business): your call list builds itself while you coach classes.
From comment to trial visit in three steps.
Connect your gym's Instagram
Sign in with Google, connect your Instagram Business account via the official Meta login. No password sharing, no browser extensions — the same OAuth flow Meta requires of every verified tool.
Set your triggers
Pick a keyword like "TRIAL" for comments, set up story-reply automation for class-launch announcements, or use any-post triggers (Pro) so every transformation post and member-highlight reel is covered automatically.
Capture the lead, hand it to the front desk
Reachlee DMs the trial link, asks for a phone number (Pro), and saves each person as a contact with their question. On Business, name + phone land in a Google Sheet — the front desk's call list, built automatically.
Built for the gym-lead pipeline.
Every step from "saw your reel" to "walked in for a trial class" has a feature aimed at it.
Comment-to-DM on transformation posts
Your member-highlight reel gets "how do I join?" comments all week. Reachlee DMs every commenter the trial-pass link automatically — no more copy-pasting the same reply between classes.
The "TRIAL" keyword
Put "Comment TRIAL for a free class" on any post. Reachlee replies to the comment and sends the signup link in a DM within seconds — including the 10pm scrollers your front desk would never catch.
Phone capture (Pro)
After sending the trial link, Reachlee asks for a phone number inside the DM. A lead with a number is a lead your front desk can call — the difference between an IG like and a booked visit.
Story replies + any-post triggers for launch days
New class launch or 6-week challenge? Story-reply automation handles reactions to the announcement, and any-post triggers (Pro) catch the comment rush across every post — no per-post setup on the busiest day.
Follow-up nudge (Pro)
Asked about pricing but never booked? Reachlee sends one automatic, friendly nudge within Instagram's messaging window — the polite second touch that recovers leads who got distracted mid-scroll.
Growth Gate (Pro) + link-in-bio (free)
Run "follow us to unlock the free week" on promo posts — non-followers follow first, then get the offer. And the free link-in-bio gives you one hub for schedule, pricing, and trial signup.
Real gym playbooks.
The 10pm membership question
"Do you do day passes? What's the monthly rate?" lands in your DMs at 10:04pm. The front desk sees it at 9am. The lead toured a competitor's gym at lunchtime.
Reachlee replies at 10:04pm with pricing, the schedule link, and the free-trial offer — then asks for their number. The front desk calls a warm lead at 9:05am instead of apologizing to a cold one.
Transformation-post comment rush
A member's 12-week transformation post takes off. Forty "how do I join?" comments pile up while you're coaching back-to-back classes. Most never get a reply.
Comment-to-DM fires on every comment: trial link, class schedule, phone-number ask. All forty commenters get a reply in seconds, and the interested ones are on your call list by close of day.
6-week challenge launch day
Challenge announcement goes up across a post and three stories. Replies, reactions, and comments flood in all day; you triage DMs between sessions and lose track of who wanted in.
Any-post triggers plus story-reply automation handle the whole rush. Every interested person gets the signup link instantly and lands in your contact list with their question — on Business, name + phone flow straight into the front desk's Google Sheet.

Is automating Instagram DMs allowed by Instagram?
Yes. Reachlee is built entirely on Meta's official Instagram API and is a Meta-verified Tech Provider. It respects Instagram's messaging rules automatically — including the 24-hour messaging window — and only messages people who commented, replied, or DMed you first. The tools that get gym accounts restricted are browser bots that mass-follow and scrape; Reachlee does none of that. It's the same class of tool Meta approves for business messaging, connected through the same official login you'd use for any Meta product.
Does Reachlee integrate with my gym software (Mindbody, Glofox, Wodify, PushPress)?
Not directly — there's no native two-way sync with gym management platforms today. What Reachlee does instead: on the Business plan, every captured lead's name and phone number pipe automatically into a Google Sheet, and most gym CRMs and management platforms can import contacts from Sheets or CSV. In practice, the Sheet works as the front desk's daily call list, and you bulk-import into your gym software on your own schedule. On Free and Pro, leads live in Reachlee's contact list, exportable by hand.
How does the "comment TRIAL" automation actually work?
You create an automation with the keyword TRIAL and attach your free-trial signup link. Then you caption any post "Comment TRIAL for a free class." When someone comments, Reachlee detects the keyword and sends them a DM within seconds containing your trial link — and, on Pro, a follow-up asking for their phone number. Every person who comments is saved as a contact, so even if they don't book immediately, your front desk knows exactly who showed interest and what they asked.
What happens when someone asks about pricing but never books?
On Pro, the follow-up nudge handles it. If a lead asked about pricing or grabbed the trial link but went quiet, Reachlee sends one automatic, friendly follow-up message within Instagram's 24-hour messaging window — something like "Still thinking it over? Your free class is waiting." One nudge, not a drip campaign: Instagram's rules cap how long you can message after their last reply, and Reachlee stays inside them automatically. Leads who still don't respond stay in your contact list for the front desk to call.
We run a gym and a separate yoga studio account — do we need two subscriptions?
No. Pro ($9/mo) covers up to 3 Instagram accounts under one subscription, so a gym account plus a studio account plus a coach's personal brand all fit. Business ($29/mo) raises that to 10 accounts and adds 5 team seats, which matters once the front desk, a manager, and a social person all need access to the same inbox and lead list. Each account gets its own automations, so the yoga studio's "TRIAL" flow can send a completely different link than the gym's.
Will members and leads know they're talking to a bot?
The DMs come from your gym's own account, written in your words — there's no "automated message" label. To the person asking, it reads as a fast reply from the front desk: trial link, schedule, a question about their number. Most gyms find response quality goes up, because every single commenter gets an answer within seconds instead of the unlucky ones being missed during class hours. And when a conversation needs a human — injury questions, membership holds — you just reply from the same inbox yourself.
I'm an online fitness coach, not a physical gym — is this the right page?
This page is for physical locations — gyms, CrossFit boxes, yoga and pilates studios, martial-arts academies — where the goal is getting someone through the door for a trial visit. If you sell online coaching, programming, or 1-on-1 client work, the playbook is different: lead qualification in DMs, booking links, and discovery-call flows. We cover that on the Reachlee for coaches page, including qualification questions and Calendly-style booking-link delivery. Same product, same pricing — different automations for a different funnel.
