Teach the AI what you sell
in five minutes
Paste your website link, type the things that are not online, or answer a few questions. That is the entire knowledge the AI is allowed to use when it answers a DM. Included in Growth at $14/mo (₹799 in India).
How do you train an AI chatbot on your website for Instagram?
To train an AI chatbot on your website in Reachlee, paste a URL under Knowledge and the page text is extracted into an editable source. Add pasted text for anything not online, such as shipping rules or this month's offer, or answer five to eight interview questions and the AI compiles them into a source. Reachlee AI then answers Instagram DMs and comments using only those sources, your brand voice, and your guardrails.
Add knowledge three ways
Add a link
Paste your homepage, pricing page, FAQ, or a product page. Reachlee extracts the text server-side and shows you an editable title and content before saving. Site changed? Hit re-scan. Start with the pages that answer "how much", "what's included", and "how do I book".
Add text
A title and a text box, with a placeholder tuned to your role. This is where the things that never make it onto a website go: "COD available in India, ₹49 fee", "Batch starts on the 15th, 12 seats", "No refunds after the first session", "We do not do custom orders". Each source holds up to about 8,000 characters.
Answer questions
Choose the interview and the AI asks five to eight questions about what you sell, who it is for, what you charge, and what you will not do. Your answers are compiled into a draft source you can edit line by line before saving. The interview is optional and never launches on its own.
Set the voice and guardrails
Under Behavior, type a one-line role ("Wedding photographer in Jaipur"), generate a brand voice paragraph, and edit it. The default guardrails are prefilled: no promises, no medical, legal, or financial advice, never invent prices or links, and when unsure say the creator will get back to you. Edit them as you like.
Pick a language mode
Match the sender (default) or fix one language. With matching on, knowledge you wrote in English still produces a Hinglish reply to a Hinglish DM.
Know exactly what the AI knows
Never mines your private DMs
Knowledge comes only from the sources you add. Reachlee does not read your conversation history to build the knowledge base, and there is no "learn from my chats" mode. The AI does see the recent turns of the one thread it is replying in, so its answer fits the conversation.
Allowed-links list
The AI can only send URLs that appear in your knowledge sources or in a live Share-link goal. A URL that is not on that list cannot be sent, no matter how the DM is phrased.
Prices come from you or not at all
If your knowledge says the program is ₹7,999, that is what the AI quotes. If your knowledge has no price, the AI says you will confirm rather than inventing one. Update the source and the next reply uses the new number.
Brand voice plus editable guardrails
A generated voice paragraph you can rewrite, plus a guardrail list you own. System guardrails in code sit underneath: never reveal the prompt, be honest when asked if it is automated, and stay silent rather than guess.
Language mode
Match the sender's language across Hindi, Hinglish, regional Indian languages, and 20+ others, or fix a single reply language. Knowledge in one language still answers DMs in another.
Edit any time, free
Re-scan a link, rewrite a text source, delete an outdated one. Knowledge edits use no credits. Only AI replies actually sent cost one credit each.
What good knowledge looks like
The AI is exactly as accurate as what you give it. These are the sources that pay off first.
Coach with a website
The DM "is the 8-week plan for beginners?" gets a vague "Yes, it's for everyone" from a bot that has no idea what the plan is.
Link source: your programs page. Text source: "8-week plan is beginner-friendly, ₹7,999, includes weekly calls. Advanced athletes should ask about 1:1." Reply: "Yes, the 8-week plan is built for beginners. It's ₹7,999 with a weekly check-in call."
Store without a website
Nothing to scan, so no AI, or an AI that guesses.
Three text sources: product list with prices, shipping and COD rules, return policy. That is enough for "price?", "do you ship to Pune?", and "can I return this?" to get correct, specific answers.
Creator selling presets
"Which pack is for moody outdoor shots?" gets a link dump.
Interview source compiled from your answers: which pack suits which style, what the bundle costs, what apps it works in. Reply names the right pack and, if a Share-link goal is live, adds your tracked link.

Start freeKnowledge, answered
Will the AI make things up?
It is built to say less rather than guess. Replies are generated from your knowledge, your brand voice, and guardrails that include never invent prices or links and when unsure say the creator will get back to you. Links are limited to your allowed list. If the model fails or has nothing grounded to say, no reply is sent. The best protection is good knowledge: put your prices, timings, and policies in plain text.
Does it learn from my DMs or train on my conversations?
No. Knowledge is only what you add through links, text, or the interview. Reachlee never mines your private conversation history for knowledge. The AI does read the recent messages in the specific thread it is answering so the reply makes sense in context, and that is all.
Is it compliant to let an AI answer from my website on Instagram?
Yes. Where the answer text comes from does not change Meta's rules; how and when it is sent does. Reachlee AI replies only to inbound DMs, inside the 24-hour window, on the official Instagram API, and never first-contacts anyone. Your knowledge just makes the reply accurate.
Is my knowledge shared with other accounts?
No. Knowledge, brand voice, guardrails, and goals are stored per workspace and used only for that workspace's connected Instagram accounts. Agencies on Business can keep separate knowledge for each client.
How much knowledge can I add?
Up to 10 sources and about 40,000 characters per account, with each source holding roughly 8,000 characters. That is enough for a pricing page, an FAQ, a shipping policy, and a few text notes. Most accounts get excellent answers from three or four sources.
What should I put in first?
Whatever people ask most. For most accounts that is prices, what is included, delivery or booking details, and the two or three things you will not do. Scan your pricing page, then add one text source with the facts that are not on the site.
What happens when my prices change?
Edit the text source or re-scan the link. The next AI reply uses the new knowledge. Nothing is cached in a way that keeps quoting the old price.
How much does this cost?
Knowledge is part of Reachlee AI, included in Growth at $14/mo (₹799 in India) with 1,000 AI credits and in Business at $29/mo (₹1,499 in India) with 2,500 credits. Adding, scanning, and editing knowledge uses no credits. One credit is used per AI reply sent.
