Understand how language matching works
Every AI reply in Reachlee is generated with a language rule attached. In the default mode, 'match', the rule is to answer in the language and script the sender used, including code-mixed Hinglish written in Latin letters. Your knowledge does not need translating: a price list written in English produces a Hinglish answer when the question was Hinglish. The alternative mode fixes one reply language for accounts that want every reply in, say, Marathi regardless of the question.
- Hinglish stays Hinglish. 'bhai price?' is answered as 'Bhai, ₹1,299 hai, free delivery ke saath', not as a formal Hindi paragraph or a stiff English one.
- Scripts are respected. Devanagari Hindi gets Devanagari; romanised Hindi gets romanised. Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, and Gujarati scripts are handled the same way.
- Facts do not change with language. The price, the delivery window, the batch timing come from your knowledge. If the fact is missing, the AI says you will get back to them, in their language.
