"Price?" "Is M still there?"
Answered before they scroll on.

"Price pls" "Does this come in S?" "Is the black one back?" "I'm usually a 10, which size?" Fashion sells in the DMs, and a shopper who waits an hour for a price has usually found something else. Reachlee sends prices, product carousels and size answers the moment someone asks, on Instagram and your Facebook Page.

1Comment PRICE or LINK on a look and the shopper gets the price and the product link in their DMs, while the public reply under the comment only says you've sent it.
2On Pro, a collection reel can send a swipeable carousel of up to 10 pieces, and one automation can cover up to 10 posts of the same drop.
3On Growth, Reachlee AI answers size, fabric, care and shipping questions from your size chart and policies, and flags damaged parcels or exchange requests for a person.

The short answer

Fashion brands can automate the questions that decide a sale: the price behind a 'DM for price' post, size and fit from your size chart, fabric and care, shipping and exchange policy, and when a sold-out piece is back. Reachlee replies from your own account in seconds, sends product carousels from collection reels, and hands order-specific problems to you. It doesn't read your stock or orders; it answers from what you wrote.

Why fashion sells in the DMs

Clothes are bought on reassurance. A shopper looking at a reel wants to know three things before paying: what it costs, whether it will fit, and whether it's available in their size and colour. Many boutiques keep prices off the post on purpose, so every interested person has to ask. Sizes differ from brand to brand, so even a confident shopper wants to check. And because fashion moves in drops, demand concentrates into a few hours after a collection goes live, then again when a sold-out piece is restocked. The brand that answers first usually gets the order, because the shopper has three other tabs open. That makes speed the whole game, but the answers themselves rarely change: your price list, your size chart, your fabric notes, your shipping times and your exchange policy. Write them down once and every one of those questions can be answered in seconds, at the moment of highest interest, from your own account.

  • Price, size and availability make up most fashion DMs, and each one is a shopper deciding.
  • Drops and restocks squeeze a week of questions into an afternoon.
  • Fit questions need your size chart, never a guess.
  • Looks are spread across several reels, so the same answer has to work on all of them.

What Reachlee answers, and what it hands back to you

Reachlee has no connection to your store's stock or orders, and it's better to know that before you set it up. It can't see that the medium sold out an hour ago or look up where a parcel is. What it can do is answer from what you tell it: when a size runs out, edit one line of knowledge and later answers stop offering it, or send the product page link where your store shows live stock. Policies are easy to automate because they're the same for everyone: delivery times, exchange windows, how to measure, how to care for linen. Individual cases aren't: a parcel that arrived damaged, an exchange that went wrong, a gift order with a deadline. On Growth, those conversations are marked Needs you, with the customer's words, and you get an email or Telegram alert. Once you reply, Reachlee AI stays out of that thread for 48 hours.

  • Policy questions get instant answers from your knowledge.
  • Stock is whatever you last wrote, or the product page you link to.
  • Order problems and exchanges go to a person, flagged in the Inbox.
How it works

Set up before the next drop

01

Connect your brand's accounts

Sign in with Google, then link your Instagram professional account on Meta's own login screen. A Facebook Page connects the same way from Pro, so shoppers who find you on Facebook get the same answers in Messenger.

02

Write the messages for your keywords

PRICE sends the price and the product link. SIZE sends your size guide. Write each message once in your own tone. On Growth, add your size chart, fabric notes, shipping times and exchange policy to Reachlee AI's knowledge for the questions that don't follow a keyword.

03

Attach them to the collection

Pick the post the keyword belongs to. On Pro, choose up to 10 posts for one automation so every look in a drop shares it, or Any post so future posts are covered too. Add a short public reply under the comment so other shoppers can see the DM is on its way.

04

Send the whole look as a carousel

For a lookbook reel, switch the DM to a product carousel (Pro): up to 10 cards, each with its own image, price line and tracked link, so the shopper swipes through the collection without leaving the chat.

05

Turn story replies into codes

Create an automation from the Story reply → discount code template under Flow templates (Instagram only). A reply to your story gets a code with a Shop now button, then an invitation to leave a phone number to hear about the next drop first, which files them into a VIP list folder.

What boutiques use most

Six answers your inbox gives every day

01

'DM for price' without the typing

A comment keyword sends the price and the link straight to the shopper's DMs. Your public reply stays a one-liner, so prices live in DMs if that's how you sell, and links to people who don't follow you go as plain text first so they still arrive.

02

Carousels for a whole look

On Pro, one comment can send a swipeable carousel of up to 10 pieces with a tracked link on each card, on Instagram and Facebook Pages, so you see which piece got the clicks.

03

Size and fit from your chart

On Growth, Reachlee AI answers 'which size if I'm usually a 10?' from the size chart you added, in the shopper's language. It never invents a price, a discount or a link it wasn't given.

04

Story codes that build a VIP list

The story-code flow sends a discount code and collects phone numbers into a VIP list folder (Instagram only), so the next drop has people to tell first.

05

Restock lists instead of 'DM me when it's back'

A RESTOCK comment asks for an email or phone number and files the person into a folder for that piece. When it's back, send a campaign to that folder and email the list yourself.

06

Problems routed to a person

Damaged parcels, wrong sizes and anything you didn't cover become Needs you items with an email or Telegram alert, instead of sitting unread under a pile of 'price?' messages.

Real scenarios

Three days in a boutique's inbox

Collection drop day

Before

Six reels go out for the new collection and every one fills with 'price?' and 'link?'. You answer the first wave, the later comments wait until the evening, and by then the shoppers have moved on.

With Reachlee

One PRICE automation covers all six reels, and the lookbook reel sends a carousel of the whole collection. Every comment gets prices and links in seconds, and you spend drop day packing orders.

The fit question at midnight

Before

'I'm 5'4 and usually wear M, would the wrap dress fit?' arrives at midnight. You reply at ten the next morning and she has bought a similar dress from a brand that answered.

With Reachlee

Reachlee AI answers from your size chart and fit notes within seconds. Her follow-up about exchanging if it doesn't fit gets your exchange policy. Nothing personal, nothing to flag.

The sold-out bestseller

Before

The black co-ord sells out and 'when is it back?' arrives daily. You promise to message people when it returns, then can't remember who asked.

With Reachlee

RESTOCK comments collect a contact and file each person into the restock folder. When it's back, a campaign goes to that folder, reaching people as they message you, and the emails you collected cover everyone else.

FAQ

Fashion brand questions, answered honestly.

Can it tell a shopper whether a size is in stock?

Only from what you've written or linked. Reachlee has no connection to your store's inventory, so it doesn't know when a size sells out. Two approaches work well: keep a short availability line in Reachlee AI's knowledge and edit it when a size runs out, or send the product page link, where your store already shows live stock. What it will never do is guess, because a promised size that doesn't exist costs you more than a slower answer.

We keep prices in DMs, not comments. Does it keep them private?

Yes. The price goes in the private DM. Under the comment you choose a short public reply, the kind of line that says the DM has been sent, so other shoppers see that commenting works without seeing the price. If you'd rather not reply publicly at all, leave the public reply off and only the DM goes out.

Will the AI invent a discount or a price?

No. Reachlee AI may only state prices that appear in the knowledge you wrote and may only include links from your knowledge or a live Share-a-link goal. It can't make up a sale, a code or a delivery date. When it isn't sure, it says you'll get back to them, or sends nothing, and on Growth that conversation can be flagged for you.

Can it handle returns and exchanges?

It can explain your policy, which is what most exchange questions are: how many days, what condition, who pays postage, how to start one. It can't process an exchange or judge an individual case. A message about a specific order is marked Needs you with the customer's words and you get an alert by email or Telegram, so you answer it personally.

Will customers know it's automated?

Messages come from your own account, in your words. Keyword DMs are exactly what you wrote; AI replies follow the voice you set and stay short. Messages that are only a compliment or an emoji are skipped by the AI rather than answered with a sales pitch. You can reply yourself at any point, and the AI then stays out of that conversation for 48 hours.

Is it allowed? Could our brand account get restricted?

It's allowed. Reachlee runs on Meta's official Instagram and Messenger APIs as a Meta-verified Tech Provider, so nobody logs in as you. It only replies to people who commented, replied to a story or messaged you, sends one private reply per comment within the 7-day window, respects the 24-hour messaging window and paces sends during a drop. Restrictions come from bots that follow, like and message strangers, which Reachlee never does.

Does it work on our Facebook Page?

Yes, from Pro: comment-to-Messenger, keyword replies, ice breakers, product carousels of up to 10 cards, follow-ups, Retrigger and, on Growth, Reachlee AI. Story-reply automations and the story-code flow stay Instagram-only because Meta sends no story events for Pages.

Does it connect to Shopify or our store?

There's no store integration. Your product links are just links, tracked by Reachlee so you can see clicks per product, and they work with whatever you sell on. If you want captured emails and phone numbers in your own tools, paid plans export contacts as CSV and Business adds each new lead to a Google Sheet as it arrives.
