How many Instagram accounts can I connect?
Up to 3 on Pro, up to 10 on Business. Hard cap is 10 — if you need more, contact us and we'll work out an Enterprise arrangement. Most agencies and multi-brand operators fit comfortably under 10.
Does each Instagram account need its own subscription?
No. One Reachlee subscription covers your entire workspace — all the IG accounts inside it. Unlike LinkPlease (which bills per Instagram account), Reachlee bills per workspace.
Can team members have different permission levels?
Yes, on Business plan. Three roles: Admin (full access including billing), Manager (run automations, see analytics, reply DMs), Viewer (read-only). Set the role per teammate.
Can I separate billing between client accounts?
Each workspace has its own billing. Most agencies run one workspace for their own clients (billed to the agency), but you can spin up separate client workspaces if the client wants to be billed directly. Each workspace is fully isolated.
What happens when I exceed my account limit?
Reachlee won't let you connect an account that would put you over the limit. Upgrade your plan to expand. No surprise charges, no overages.
Can I switch an account between workspaces?
Yes — disconnect from the current workspace, reconnect to the new one. Automations don't transfer (they're workspace-bound), but contacts and leads can be exported as CSV and re-imported.
Is the inbox truly real-time across all accounts?
Yes. Reachlee uses Meta's webhook stream — new DMs and comments push to the inbox within 1-2 seconds. The inbox is the same real-time experience whether you're seeing one account or ten.
