What is the Reachlee Google Sheets integration?
The Reachlee Google Sheets integration is a one-time OAuth connection between your Reachlee workspace and a Google Sheet you control. Once connected, every new lead Reachlee captures inside an Instagram DM (an email reply to a lead-capture prompt) is written into the next empty row of that Sheet — within seconds. Your CRM, your email tool, your client reporting all read from that Sheet, so the lead is live everywhere within seconds of being captured.

Connect Google in Settings → Integrations
Click "Connect Google Sheets". Reachlee redirects you to Google's OAuth screen, you pick the Google account, grant Sheets read/write scope (we only access the Sheet you choose). Back in Reachlee in 20 seconds.

What scope does Reachlee request on my Google account?
Just write access to the specific Sheet you pick — nothing else. We use Google's narrowest Sheets scope (the "sheets.values.append" + "sheets.readonly" scope for the chosen file). We can't see other Sheets, Drive files, Gmail, or anything beyond the file you authorize.
How fast does a lead land in my Sheet?
Within seconds. Reachlee uses Google's Sheets API v4 directly, batched per-second. Most leads land in the Sheet 1-3 seconds after the email is captured in the DM.
Can I customise which columns are written?
Yes. Default columns are handle, email, source automation, timestamp. You can add custom columns and Reachlee maps them based on your lead-capture flow's questions (e.g., add a "budget" question, get a "budget" column).
Can I connect multiple Sheets — one per Instagram account?
Yes — that's the agency pattern. Each Instagram account in your workspace can point to its own Sheet. Connect 5 client accounts to 5 client Sheets and every client sees their own leads in their own file.
What if I disconnect the Sheet?
Reachlee stops writing new leads to the disconnected Sheet. Existing rows stay — they're your Sheet, your data. Reconnect anytime to resume piping.
Does Reachlee read from the Sheet, or just write?
Today: write-only (append new leads). Reading the Sheet (e.g., to mark leads as "contacted") is on the roadmap for late 2026 — let us know if you want it sooner.
Can I pipe to a Sheet on a domain Google account?
Yes. Reachlee works with personal Gmail accounts and Google Workspace domain accounts. The OAuth flow is identical; the Sheet just needs to be one you have edit access to.
