ReplyRush's free plan:
1,500 DMs, but read the gating

ReplyRush has one of the biggest free DM allowances in the category. It also has one of the longest lists of features held back for paid tiers. Here's what 1,500 DMs a month actually lets you do — and what it doesn't.

Included, paywalled, and what happens at the cap

By volume, ReplyRush Free is generous: 1,500 automated DMs a month is more than most rivals give away, and it covers a Facebook Page as well as Instagram. The gating is where you need to read carefully. The public comment reply — the 'sent you a DM' comment that lifts open rates — is not on free. Neither is the Email Collector, so free-tier DMs deliver a link but don't build a list. The overflow queue is paid too. And when you hit 1,500, ReplyRush publishes no overage pricing: sending stops until the month resets or you upgrade.

  • Included on Free: 1,500 DMs/mo, 1 Instagram + 1 Facebook account, 5 global triggers per Instagram account, comment-to-DM, 30-day data retention, ReplyRush branding on DMs
  • Paid only (per ReplyRush's pricing page, as of September 2026): public comment reply, Email Collector, overflow queue. Email Collector is included from Lite ($10/mo) up
  • Lite — $10/mo: 7,500 DMs, 20 global triggers. Boost — $25/mo: 40,000 DMs, 3 + 3 accounts, 50 triggers. MAX — $100/mo: 400,000 DMs, 5 + 5 accounts, 500 triggers, 365-day retention
  • At the cap: no published overage; automated sending stops until the monthly reset or an upgrade. Commenters who trigger after the cap don't get their DM
  • Branding: free-tier DMs are watermarked; retention is tier-based, with 365 days only on MAX

The fine print

Where 1,500 free DMs stop paying off

01

Volume without capture

1,500 DMs that each deliver a link and collect nothing is 1,500 one-time clicks. The Email Collector that turns them into a list starts at Lite. If list-building is the point, price the free plan as $10/mo.

02

The watermark is on your brand's DMs

Every free-tier message carries ReplyRush branding. For a personal account testing the waters that's fine; for a business sending from its own handle, it reads as a third-party ad in your customer's inbox.

03

Five triggers is tighter than it sounds

Five global triggers per Instagram account covers a handful of keywords. Run a different keyword per post and you'll be deleting old triggers to add new ones within a month.

04

The cap binds on your best day

1,500 DMs is plenty in a quiet month and gone in an afternoon when a Reel lands. With no overage pricing and the overflow queue paywalled, the commenters who arrive after the cap simply don't get a reply.

Is ReplyRush's free plan worth using?

Yes, for a specific user: a small account that wants to automate a Facebook Page as well as Instagram, doesn't mind branded DMs, and is testing whether comment-to-DM gets any response at all. 1,500 DMs a month is a real allowance and the mobile apps are a genuine convenience. It's the wrong free plan if you're capturing leads or protecting a brand — both of those cost $10/mo on Lite, and every paid tier still caps. Reachlee Free is smaller by volume (1,000 DMs) but includes lead capture and no branding; Reachlee Pro removes the cap entirely for $9/mo.

FAQ

ReplyRush free plan — FAQ

What does the ReplyRush free plan include?

As of September 2026: 1,500 automated DMs a month on 1 Instagram and 1 Facebook account, 5 global triggers per Instagram account, comment-to-DM, and 30-day data retention. DMs carry ReplyRush branding. Public comment reply, the Email Collector, and the overflow queue are paid features per the pricing page.

Does ReplyRush's free plan capture emails?

No. The Email Collector is included on the paid tiers — Lite ($10/mo), Boost ($25/mo), and MAX ($100/mo) — but not on free, as of September 2026. Reachlee includes email and phone capture on every plan, with 10 leads on Free.

What happens when I hit 1,500 DMs on ReplyRush Free?

ReplyRush publishes no overage pricing, so automated sending stops until the monthly reset or you upgrade. Commenters who trigger your automation after the cap don't get their DM. The overflow queue is a paid feature, so it doesn't help on free.

How much is ReplyRush after free?

As of September 2026: Lite $10/mo (7,500 DMs), Boost $25/mo (40,000 DMs, 3 Instagram + 3 Facebook accounts), MAX $100/mo (400,000 DMs, 5 + 5 accounts). Every tier caps; there is no unlimited plan at any price.

Can I remove ReplyRush branding on the free plan?

Not on free — branding on DMs is a documented free-tier trade-off as of September 2026. Paid tiers remove it. Reachlee doesn't brand automations on any plan.

Is ReplyRush's free plan compliant with Instagram?

ReplyRush runs on the official Meta API, so yes. That brings the standard rules: it can only DM people who comment or message first and must respect the 24-hour messaging window. Those rules apply to Reachlee identically — they're Meta's, not the vendor's.

ReplyRush Free vs Reachlee Free — which is better?

ReplyRush gives more raw volume (1,500 vs 1,000 DMs) and covers a Facebook Page. Reachlee gives lead capture, public comment reply, and no branding at $0. If you're building a list from Instagram comments, Reachlee Free does the job without an upgrade; if you need Facebook or a mobile app, ReplyRush.
