Reachlee is the Instagram growth platform for creators, businesses, and agencies. We automate every comment, story reply, and DM — so the people who already care about your brand get the right response in under five seconds, and the people running the brand get their time back.

Why we built this

Instagram is where most creators and small businesses now meet their customers — but the inbox doesn't scale. A single viral Reel can generate 500 "send me the link" comments overnight. The tools built to help (the Manychats and LinkDMs of the world) were designed for marketing teams running six channels and per-contact billing that punishes you for growing your audience. We thought creators and small operators deserved something simpler, more focused, and priced to never punish growth.

Reachlee is built on Meta's official Instagram Graph API — fully compliant, real-time, no scraping. We do one thing intentionally: Instagram automation, deeply. Comment-to-DM, story-reply automation, lead capture, growth gates, scheduled messages, multi-account workspaces, and Google Sheets piping — all on flat pricing that doesn't scale with your audience.

The founder

Reachlee was founded by Tushar Kapil. The product is built and operated as a focused, independent SaaS — not part of any larger group. Tushar oversees product, engineering, and growth.
