Hosted at reachlee.co/u/yourname · Bot-filtered form · Included on the free plan

1Reachlee's link-in-bio page has a Collect emails block: one email field with your own heading, button label and thank-you message, shown on the page with your links.

2Every address is checked, saved once even if someone submits twice, and kept in that page's email list; open it from the block in the editor and export it as a CSV for your email tool.

3Free includes a bio page with the form and stores every email, showing the 10 newest. Pro ($9/mo) shows and exports all of them, allows 3 pages and removes the Made with Reachlee mark.

## Can a link-in-bio page collect emails?

Yes. Add the Collect emails block to your Reachlee bio page and visitors subscribe with one field and one tap, without leaving the page. Reachlee checks the address, stores a repeat signup only once, drops autofill bots with a hidden field, and keeps the list in your editor, where you can export it as a CSV. The form is free on every plan; Pro shows every address.

## Why the email form belongs on the bio page itself

Your bio link is the one place on Instagram where someone deliberately leaves the app to see more of you. Most link-in-bio pages spend that visit on a list of outbound links: the person taps one, lands somewhere else, and you never learn who they were. An email form on the page turns some of those visits into a way to reach people again, on a channel you own, whatever your reach does next month. The usual workaround is a link to a newsletter tool's hosted signup page, which costs the visitor another page load and another decision. Reachlee puts the form on the bio page itself: a heading such as Get my weekly recipes, one email field and a button. The visitor types, taps and sees your thank-you line in place. Behind it, Reachlee validates the address, saves it once even if they submit twice, and adds it to the page's email list with the date. The page lives on the same account that runs your [comment-to-DM automations](/use-cases/comment-to-dm/), so the two work together: a DM can point people to the page, and the page collects emails from visitors who never commented at all.

* Where: the Collect emails block on your bio page at reachlee.co/u/yourname, one form per page.
* What you set: the heading, the button label and the success message (the defaults are Join my newsletter and Subscribe).
* Where it goes: the page's email list in your editor, with the date each person signed up, exportable as a CSV.

How it works

## Add the form in a minute

01

### Open your bio page

In Reachlee, open Biopage → Links. If you don't have a page yet, a three-step setup claims your handle (reachlee.co/u/yourname) and adds your first links, so the page is shareable before you touch the form.

02

### Click Collect emails

Under your blocks, Collect emails adds the form to the page. Write the heading, the button label and the success message, then drag the block to where it should sit, usually right under your main link. The phone preview shows exactly what visitors will see.

03

### Share the page and read the list

Put the page link in your Instagram bio, on your Facebook Page or anywhere else you share links, or print the QR code. When people subscribe, click View captured emails on the email block to see each address and its date, and Export CSV to move them into your email tool.

What's inside

## A small form that does the boring parts for you

01

### Your words on the form

The heading can be up to 80 characters, the button up to 30 and the thank-you message up to 120\. Write it like an offer, not a chore: Get the free meal plan, Join 2-minute Tuesdays, Be first for the next drop. The visitor sees your success message in place of the form once they're in.

02

### Checked and de-duplicated

Reachlee checks the address has a valid email format before saving it and lower-cases it, so Jane@Example.com and jane@example.com are one subscriber. Someone who signs up twice is stored once, so your list doesn't fill with repeats from people who weren't sure the first tap worked.

03

### Bots filtered quietly

The form carries a hidden field that people never see and autofill bots tend to fill in. Submissions that touch it are dropped without an error, so spam doesn't reach your list and real visitors never face a puzzle. Reachlee stores a hashed IP for spam checks, never the raw address.

04

### One list per page, ready to export

Each bio page keeps its own list. Open it from the email block in the editor to see the count, every address and its signup date, then Export CSV with two columns, email and captured\_at, which any email tool can import.

05

### Rename without losing anyone

Changing your page's handle keeps every lead, because the list belongs to the page, not the URL. The old link redirects to the new one, so a QR code on a flyer or an old bio link still lands on the form.

06

### Next to your DM automations

The same Reachlee account runs comment-to-DM, story replies and keyword DMs. Send commenters to the page, or collect the email inside the DM itself with [in-DM lead capture](/use-cases/instagram-lead-capture/), and keep both in one tool.

## Email form on the bio page vs email in the DM

| | Bio page form | Ask for an email in a DM |
| ---------------------------- | -------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| Who it reaches | Anyone who opens your bio link, from any app | People who comment, reply to a story or message you |
| What the person does | Types an email on a web page | Replies with an email in the conversation |
| Where the email lands | The page's email list in the bio editor | The contact in Reachlee Contacts |
| Tied to an Instagram profile | No: a web visitor has no Instagram identity | Yes: it's saved on that person's contact |
| Getting it out | Export CSV from the email list | Contacts export (paid plans) or Google Sheets (Business) |
| Best for | Cold traffic and visitors who never comment | Hand-raisers from a post, story or keyword |

Most accounts use both: the DM catches people who engage, the bio page catches everyone who simply taps the link.

Real scenarios

## Lists people actually build with it

### A recipe creator starting a newsletter

Before

The bio page links to a newsletter platform's signup page. Followers tap through, wait for another site to load, and a good share give up before they find the field.

With Reachlee

The bio page itself shows Get one new recipe every Sunday with an email field. Visitors subscribe in place, and every Friday the creator exports the CSV and imports the week's new names into their email tool.

### A small shop collecting a launch list

Before

New stock announcements reach whoever happens to see the story that day. The people who asked 'when is it back?' are scattered across DMs and comments.

With Reachlee

The bio form reads Be first when the next drop lands, sitting above the shop link. On launch day the shop has its own list to email, independent of how many people see the post.

### A coach turning profile visits into leads

Before

The bio has a booking link and nothing else. People who aren't ready to book a call leave without a trace, and there's no way to stay in touch with them.

With Reachlee

A form under the booking link offers a free weekly tip by email. Visitors who aren't ready to book still leave an address, and the coach follows up by email instead of hoping they come back.

Pricing

## The form is free. Pro shows the whole list.

The Free plan includes a bio page with the Collect emails form and the QR code. Every email is stored on every plan; on Free the newest 10 are visible and exportable, and the rest show as more leads waiting. Pro ($9/mo) shows and exports every address, allows up to 3 bio pages, removes the Made with Reachlee mark, and adds link scheduling and SEO controls, along with unlimited DMs and 3 connected Instagram accounts or Facebook Pages for your automations. Business ($29/mo) allows 10 bio pages.

FAQ

## Bio page email capture, answered

Do emails from the bio page go into my Reachlee contacts?

No, and that's deliberate. A bio-page visitor is a web visitor with no Instagram or Messenger identity, so their email is kept in that page's own email list rather than mixed into Contacts, which are people you've talked to in DMs. Open the list from the email block in the bio editor. Emails people send you inside a DM are a different thing: they're saved on the contact, as described on the [lead capture page](/use-cases/instagram-lead-capture/).

Can I connect the form to Mailchimp, ConvertKit or Beehiiv?

Not directly. The form saves emails to Reachlee, and Export CSV gives you a file with each address and its signup date, which every major email tool can import. Many creators export once a week and import the new rows. If you need emails in a spreadsheet automatically, that exists for DM-captured leads on Business through Google Sheets, not for the bio form.

What happens to emails beyond 10 on the free plan?

Nothing is lost. Reachlee stores every email the form collects on every plan. On Free, the email list shows the 10 newest addresses and a line saying how many more are waiting; upgrading to Pro reveals and exports all of them, including everything collected while you were on Free.

Will bots fill the form with junk?

The form is built to keep that down. It carries a hidden field that people never see and bots tend to fill in, and those submissions are dropped silently. Every address is checked for a valid format and lower-cased, and a repeat signup from the same address is stored once. Nothing is perfect against a determined spammer, but you won't see the flood an unprotected form gets.

Can I add more than one form?

One email form per bio page, so the page never shows two competing signups. If you want separate lists, for a newsletter and a waitlist for example, create separate bio pages: Free includes 1 page, Pro and Growth 3, and Business 10, and each page keeps its own list.

Can I remove the Made with Reachlee mark?

Yes, on Pro and above. Free pages show a small Made with Reachlee link at the bottom of the page. Pro, Growth and Business can hide it, alongside custom search titles and descriptions for the page and link scheduling.

Where can I share the page?

Anywhere a link or a QR code works. The page lives at reachlee.co/u/yourname, so it fits your Instagram bio, your Facebook Page, a link in a DM, an email signature or a printed QR code from the editor. Every visit lands on the same form and the same list.

Is the bio form allowed by Instagram?

Yes. It's a regular web page you link from your profile, like any link-in-bio tool, so nothing about it automates Instagram itself. The rules that matter are the usual ones for email lists: tell people what they're signing up for in the heading, and send them only that.
