# Glossary

The terms Reachlee uses in the dashboard and in the AI connector, defined.

**Automation** — a trigger (comment with a keyword, story reply, DM keyword) and the messages Reachlee sends in response.

**Trigger / run** — one event that matched an automation. A run can succeed, be skipped (for example, outside the messaging window) or fail.

**People reached** — unique contacts who entered an automation's flow. Someone commenting twice is one person.

**DMs sent** — outbound messages delivered by automations. One run can send more than one DM, so DMs are usually higher than runs.

**Clicks / unique clickers** — taps on Reachlee's tracked links. Clicks count every tap; unique clickers count people.

**CTR** — unique clickers divided by people reached, as a percentage. Shown as a dash until at least one person has entered the flow.

**Reply rate** — the share of people who received an automated DM and then wrote back.

**24-hour window** — Instagram's rule: a business may send free-form messages only within 24 hours of the person's last message. Reachlee's follow-ups are capped at 20 hours for this reason.

**Growth Gate (ask for follow)** — asking the person to follow before the link is delivered, with an automatic check.

**Retrigger** — sending an automation's DM to people who commented the keyword before the automation existed.

**Lead** — a contact who shared an email or phone number through a flow.

**Workspace** — the container for accounts, automations, team members and billing. Your plan applies to the workspace.

**Connected account** — one Instagram professional account or Facebook Page inside a workspace.
