# Templates

The seven starting points in New campaign, what each sequence does step by step, and when to use it.

A template is a ready-made sequence you edit before sending. Every message, branch and setting can be changed, and nothing is sent until you click **Send campaign**. Text in the templates uses `{{first_name}}` so each DM greets the person by name.

## [Announcement](#announcement)Copy Anchor Link

_A link, then a nudge._ For launches, drops, new videos, events and offers.

1. **Send message:** "Hey `{{first_name}}`! 👋 Something new just went live and I wanted you to see it first."
2. **Send a link** with a _Take a look_ button. Add your URL here.
3. If they click: **Send message** thanking them and inviting questions.
4. If they haven't clicked after **1 day**: **Send message** with a gentle reminder that the link is still above.

Before sending, replace `https://` with your real link.

_Quick-reply answers, saved._ For gauging interest, polls and qualifying leads.

1. **Ask a question:** "Quick one, `{{first_name}}`: would you be interested in this?" with **Yes, tell me more** and **Not right now**. Answers are saved as _Interested_.
2. Each answer gets its own reply: details for _Yes_, a polite thank-you for _Not right now_, and a catch-all for anything else they type.

Make it yours by adding an **Add to folder** step after _Yes_ so interested people land in _Hot leads_.

_Ask for an email, save it._ For newsletters, free guides, waitlists and giveaways.

1. **Send message** explaining what you're putting together.
2. **Ask for an email:** "What's the best email to send it to?" If the reply isn't an email address, it asks once more.
3. If an email is saved: "Got it, thank you! Keep an eye on your inbox 📬"
4. If not: "No problem. You can always send it later."

Saved emails go straight onto each contact and into the campaign's **Answers** tab. Exclude a **Has email** segment in the audience so people who already gave you one aren't asked again.

_Only non-followers get asked._ _Pro and above._ For turning engaged contacts into followers.

1. **Contact filter:** follows you?
2. If yes: a thank-you for following along.
3. If no: a friendly ask with a **Follow me** button to your profile.

For a checked follow, swap the last message for an **Ask for a follow** step, which verifies they followed.

_AI writes each DM and replies._ _Growth and above._ For personal check-ins at scale.

1. **AI message** with the instruction: write a warm, personal check-in, pick up on something they said before, and ask what they'd like to see more of.
2. **Wait for a reply**, up to **2 days**.
3. If they reply: **Hand over to Reachlee AI**, which carries on the conversation from your knowledge base.
4. If they don't: a short, no-pressure message.

Fill in your Reachlee AI knowledge first, so the messages sound like you.

_Share a post, gauge interest._ For getting early views on a new post or reel.

1. **Share a post** with "Just posted this and thought of you 👀". Pick which post on the card.
2. **Ask a question:** "Want more like this?" with **Yes please** and **Not really**, saved as _More like this_.
3. _Yes please_ goes to an **Add to folder** step. Choose the folder, such as _Superfans_.
4. _Not really_ and other replies each get a short thank-you.
